“This Olive Garden always had great food and service.
My Wife and I recently placed an order on their app for delivery. The order was exact and made to perfection, however the delivery was disappointing. We thought they had their own delivery service, but is is through a third-party.
Our food was made perfect and on time, but then sat there and got cold while the driver collected and performed several other deliveries.
The manager, Tay, was very understanding did everything she could to make it right and I wish I could give her 10 stars; thank you so much for taking care of us.“

The variety of options available was awesome, and the quality of the food was incredible. The service was fantastic, every question I had was answered, and the catering for 75 people was phenomenal. “My husband and I went to Longhorns in Altamonte today. We ordered mushrooms, parm crusted chicken and a T-Bone steak.
I would like to first address the service. I can’t recall having a waitress that good in my 45 years. She was busy, and still made sure she wqa attentive and took care of every table she had. Exceptional employee.
Next our food was delicious. We always enjoy Longhorn and we always appreciate how the management goes out of his way to ensure you are happy. Another amazing employee.
When we were deciding on dinner we chose between Outback and Longhorn and we both decided Longhorn, and I think after today we continue chose Longhorn. The food and the service is always amazing!“

“This is one of my favorite chain chicken places. They’re generous with their seasoning and the sauce is good. In this visit they gave us free food, so a plus for me. I like the spice level and how you can choose it, even if the spiciness is inconsistent. The drink is pretty expensive though.“

You could tell they were juggling a ton, but Laura stayed calm, friendly, and completely in control. She kept the line moving, made sure everyone was taken care of, and still managed to give great customer service. Huge shoutout to her and the staff for handling a busy rush like pros.
