Great food and great customer service by everyone.
I have ordered catering for our office of 100 many MANY times from this CFA location, and I am impressed by the service every single time. We order breakfast and lunch for our staff multiple times per year and the communication and efficiency from this location is unmatched. The manager is in constant contact from the moment I place my order, and the staff who delivers the food is kind courteous and efficient every single time. Chick-fil-A, located inside the Altamonte Mall, offers a convenient food court experience. While some customers have reported incorrect orders recently, many have praised the exceptional service provided by the operations manager and his team. They are recognized for their attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude. The food remains consistently good, with hot and fresh tenders. However, some customers still mention issues with the fries, noting that old fry oil can affect the taste and appearance. Despite these concerns, the restaurant's dedication to customer satisfaction is clear, making it a reliable option for a quick meal. The atmosphere is lively, especially with families enjoying their time, and many find the experience delightful, enhancing their love for Chick-fil-A.
