Got a cinnamon pretzel and the thing was so hard I couldn't bite thru it. Not to be daunted, I broke out my wire cutters to snip it into smaller pieces. Although the blades smashed the pretzel, they couldn't cut through it. I use these dikes to cut 4 Guage solid copper all the time. Be forewarned.
I don't know her name but the girl with the lip piercings made my afternoon! I work a very difficult job so after a long shift I went to Auntie Anne's and was met with her smiling and giving immaculate customer service! :)

It's 7pm and staff informed me they were already closing. Online it says the closing time it 8pm. I get it cleaning up and closing early but not an hour early. Change the hours of operation or actually be open during hours of operation.
