We went there for breakfast several days. The food was good, hot, and flavorful. We had the breakfast buffet most days. You can get eggs on the Buffet, or they will cook them to order. This is unique in my experience. The service people are very friendly and provide outstanding service. I would recommend this restaurant for breakfast without hesitation.
Wow! Outstanding! This place is conveniently located inside the Hilton, Altamonte Springs Hotel. This hotel sports probably THE BEST hotel restaurant I have ever visited at a mid-level hotel. Their chefs specialize in many seafood items that are prepared to high standards. From the poké tuna, to the sword fish, to the red fish. They all went that extra mile that most employees do not show now a days to make you feel wamted and appreciate it. These employees deserve to be recognized in one way or another.
