“went in monday evening. myself and my son were 3rd in line. all 3 parties walked in at the same time. we all stood there for 15 mins before be acknowledged. the guy in front of me walked out. the guy behind the counter (dark wavey hair and glasses) would not even make eye contact with any of us or even say we will be right with you. i watch him fill about 7 online orders while we were being ignored by him. after about 15 mins the female manager came out and spoke to us and apologized that they are very under staffed and drowning in online orders. the manager did a great job and made it up to us in line for having to wait so long and refused to tip for me because she said they did not earn it with there service. hats off the this young lady for taking accountability and control of the situation. it's hard to find accountability these days. SEEING a pattern that the owner only responds to positive reviews.“

“Every time I go in to Popeyes, I holler at Mr. Sam. I appreciate the lemon pepper shrimp. I have a hot fresh and ready. I love Popeyes and I love Popeyes at this location. This Popeyes is the best Popeyes in Orlando ain’t no Popeyes popping like this.“

“The staff works at this particular location. We’re very wonderful. They’re prepared to answer my questions I have for the menu and gave spectacular service so nice and I appreciate it. The bathroom was very clean too and the food taste amazing. I definitely enjoyed my experience there.“
