“I love the fact that the state of Florida created a mall toll road rest stop for the pedestrians who are driving on the highways. The Turkey Lake Service Plaza has a few different places to eat and rest up for the long trips. This KFC Express location helped feed me and get me right“

“The food was absolutely spot on—everything arrived hot and crispy. However, I don't think my family and I will be returning to this location. Throughout our meal, the staff were constantly yelling very loudly and using bad words constantly, which is really not what you expect when you go out to eat. To make matters worse, when we asked for extra napkins, they made us feel like we were interrupting their conversation—which was mostly just them screaming at one another. It was a highly unprofessional environment and made all of us feel incredibly uncomfortable“

“shoutout to the manager of this location. fresh flowers on every table, hand sanitizing wipes for guests by the sauce station, ways for the community to engage with the store (signs, cards, etc.), complimentary mouth wash in the bathroom, complimentary sanitary bags for feminine products, beautiful hand painted art on the windows. WOW. Never seen a chick fil a with so much heart and love.“

I think my son and I finished off half of a bottle of the cream sauce lol I think I'd be fine just ordering that like soup. the fried chicken has enough flavor and crisp to the skin that it was a mellow combination! My husband also remarked that it was clean and well kept. We will definitely drive for this again.“
