Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers great customer service and amazing food. The staff, including Hazel, Kayla, and Sharonda, are attentive, professional, and provide outstanding service. The Zaxby’s Zensation salad is yummy with fresh tasting salads and well-made portions. The fries are amazing. However, the wings can sometimes be overdone, with the sauce making them edible. The specific location inside the Ocoee plaza next to Publix is clean and the staff is friendly. The drive thru moves quickly. Overall, it is a great experience with great customer service.
