“I don't know how this place doesn't have a higher rating!! Food is fresh, service is amazing! I drove out 25min just for this zaxbys. The one by me in Sanford made me sick. The one in ocee is rachet and nobody wants to work. Honestly no other zaxbys in Florida should exist but this one! Thank you for having fresh delicious food and amazing customer service! The other locations need to be taking notes from these guys. Give out some classes on how to cook and how to treat their customers! Thank you again so much!“

“Chick filet is slipping. Usually always consistent. This time they gave me a burrito when I asked for a bowl. They gave me small tots when I ordered a large. Table wasn't very clean either. I'll give this location another chance because the last few times it's been good. But today I'm not happy.“

“The staff here is amazing. We go at least once a week. Sometimes there is a little wait, but the staff lets you know what's going on. Yesterday we went in; the store was pretty busy, as it usually is, but the energy was so good that when the new GM asked if I had been helped and apologized for the wait, I had to tell her no, it was fine because I just love you guys energy. They were happy about something on the monitor in drive thru and she was pushing them however, the staff was happy it was like they were having a competition, each trying to outdo the other, she kept telling them I love the speed but accuracy still beats speed make sure everything is in the bag. Everyone was helping each other, I was going to take my sandwich to go but got so caught up with the competition that I stayed to eat to see if they were going to make it to number 3, they did and they all took out their phones to take pictures. The GM told them she would buy them pizza . Good job guys nice to see people happy at work and my sandwich was also good.“

“This KFC has changed significantly for the better. The quality of the food is amazingly fresh. The food is piping hot. The service was amazing. The atmosphere is clean. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is new. Come check this KFC out you’re not going to regret it.“

“Staff was oh so helpful, kind, and courteous. Salad was very good. The only thing was that a few kids ran wild and you could hear a little screaming without the parents' intervention. That's on the parents. Kids might have been too wound up at the time.“

Even though it was a busy time, my order was prepared fairly quickly and everything was accurate. The staff were courteous and kept the line moving efficiently. It’s a dependable spot when I’m in the mood for a flavorful and filling meal.“
