“Chick filet is slipping. Usually always consistent. This time they gave me a burrito when I asked for a bowl. They gave me small tots when I ordered a large. Table wasn't very clean either. I'll give this location another chance because the last few times it's been good. But today I'm not happy.“

“Ms. Carla saved this location from a 1-star corporate complaint!
​I came in for a refund on a soggy chicken order and was completely ignored by the shift manager (Jessica) and a crew member, who were openly dismissive of me. Frustrated, I approached Ms. Carla—who was right in the middle of conducting an job interview.
​She immediately paused the interview to help. When the crew couldn't figure out the refund, Carla stepped in, found my receipt, processed the return, and even offered fresh apple pies for the trouble. Best of all, she spent 10 minutes listening to me explain how poorly I was treated by the staff. She made me feel genuinely heard and valued. Carla is a masterclass in management!“

“I absolutely love this kfc! Every time I get food from here, the staff are always friendly, you get your food promptly and the food is perfect. Even if you go through the drive through and they ask you to park so they can bring you, your food. It's always quick and they are always friendly.“
