“The staff was friendly and answered my questions because I had no clue what they had lol but she was wonderful and helped with everything. Food was delicious and they brought it right to our table it was kinda slow but you could tell the way they work and the way it is set up they're set for busy days
All in all it was great and I will be back“

“I went to the drive-thru for my birthday apple pie. It was served steamy hot and just so stinking delicious. And a bonus which I wasn't expecting there was a small container with strawberry birthday cake which was awesome my grandson gobbled that up but he did give me a bite. Haha. The guy at the window was super nice.“

“I recommend KFC because the food is good. However... Since there is no way to contact KFC unless you call... (left on hold for a long time)... I will put this here. We ordered the $5 pot pie meal and one thigh and one small side. The total was $11.06. When I ordered at the speaker I was told to come around for the total. Imagine my shock at the cost. I asked the cashier "wouldn't it have been more economical to have ordered the two piece box with one side?" he said "probably" then proceeded to speak into his headpiece to what I presume was another customer. So he handed my card back to me and I said I would like honey, butter, and KFC sauce. He said "KFC sauce and barbecue?" I said "no, KFC sauce and honey and butter". Guess what I got? Yep... Barbecue. Now if I had been working there I would have said "if you order the two piece it comes with a side and would be cheaper for you" Dear KFC, use this as a customer service training. People will come back if they don't feel like they are being ripped off.“

“Tried the new location in Plam Coast tonight, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I had never tried this franchisee before but I have seen it around. I am not a chicken salad enthusiast but this chicken salad was great! I tried the Fancy Nancy scoops, I would highly recommend. Staff was amazing and very attentive, our food came out super quick. We came in right around close, 7:40ish tonight and service was great.“

Which was great she was able to handle her personal business as well take care of me. I hope her mother is ok. She has a great smile and personality. I hope to see her again. “It was BUSY here and yet all the workers stayed on top of everything. Amazing professionalism that I saw despite the huge crowd of people. I thought it would’ve taken a while to get our food for our group of 4, but it was ready almost immediately. There were even workers coming out to the Dine-in tables to refill everyone’s drinks. Truly all hands were on deck to make the most amazing service. I wish I had names to show the manager who their best employees are. Just know that everyone working today (11/29) did AMAZING!“
