“Hanwoo is a fantastic new Korean barbecue restaurant in Port Orange, located where the Mellow Mushroom used to be. It’s easily one of the best Korean BBQ spots I've ever visited. Despite being short-staffed with four servers calling in on a busy Saturday, the remaining staff handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Some patrons didn’t understand that this is an all-you-can-eat experience and got upset about not being able to take leftovers home. Even so, the two servers on duty kept smiling and were incredibly attentive, ensuring our table was well taken care of. The food at Hanwoo is exceptional. Each dish was delicious, and the servers made frequent visits to our table, making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Hanwoo for any occasion—whether it’s a simple lunch, dinner, date night, or birthday celebration. This place is truly one of the best.”

“We tried this local restaurant today for the first time. The food was terrific, cooked perfectly. The “fish camp fixings” was a nice addition. Our server was friendly and efficient. We dined outside to enjoy the beautiful day. The children’s playground out there seemed out of place. It took away from the esthetics of the place and the whole dining experience.”

“Wow, I've just discovered Top number 1 brewery in Florida and maybe in whole USA! There are many good breweries that brew good beers. This one has good beers as well. But what distinguishing it is Attitude! The barman just brought it to the next level! Let me explain. I was working all weekend in Miami. I had a day off and came to see Space launch at Cape Canaveral. Unfortunately it was canceled because of the weather. I stayed one night at Daytona Beach and I came to Dunes Brewery for a drink to release the stress. I ordered IPA, but when I gave my credit card for the Tap, barman said that is not needed. Ok, he is trusting me. Barman was busy talking to pink hair lady, I finished my beer and ordered blond ale. Both IPA and blond ale were very good. I finished my second beer and want to pay myself, but barman told me that is not needed, that I'm fine and it's a nice day! I travel a lot and I have been in many pubs and breweries cause I love beer. But this is the only place where I got beer for free and at the moment when I need it! I really hope that everything will go well in life for the barman (don't know his name) and for the brewery. If I could I'd gave 10 ot of 5 stars! Sorry I have only two pictures cause I was so pleasantly shocked that forgot to take more”

“Sunday Brunch. since we were going to a movie, we were the first customers in the restaurant. The server worked hard at being attentive although the food came out of the kitchen extremely slow. Eggs were hard fried when they arrived but the french toast was excellent. Service was terrific and menu prices were reasonable. There is an odd 1% surcharge on the bill which supposedly passes through to the landlord. We will go back and do recommend this restaurant, believing it was just a slow start on a holiday weekend”

“Since there's not a Panera Bread close to where I live, I don't get a chance to visit them often.
This day I took a friend to Panera Bread for lunch after taking me to a doctor's appointment.
We both had the tomato basil BLT, which was very good. I also had the Mexican Street Corn Chowder and I think she had the Broccoli Cheddar Soup, both were delicious!
I miss not having a Panera Bread closer to me, but on the other hand I'm saving money!
I have always loved their menu and will stop in more often when I see them!

I was resolved in thinking I would never have decent Chinese food again until I stopped in here last week with my mom. Since then I've brought my husband for a late lunch and now my dad for a birthday lunch today. Many of the dishes I've tried are shareable for two people which is great. But I have to say that the best part about this restaurant is the customer service!”

“Overall love the food, good flavor, easy to reheat, and always consistent. Obviously, like any meal plan or food service, you need to try several to figure out what you like and don’t. I highly recommended, going in and trying 4 or 5 options, you will not be disappointed! My only advice is to make sure you you actually look at the ingredients and info on the label. I’m not a huge fan of cauliflower rice and I bought a few of the “Brisket Mac and Cheese” (thinking it was protein pasta) but it was made with cauliflower rice. Not their fault at all, I just didn’t read the label.”

“Asian Sauce Box is my favorite Chinese restaurant in town and an I’m Chinese Jamaican! Yes it’s a little pricey, but the food is so good, it’s really worth it! No other Chinese restaurant in town even comes close in my honest opinion. In fact I just told a friend about it and both her husband and her will be going there for dinner sometime next week, I think, with us. She’s never been there, but she’s going with both my husband and I soon.”

“I had bought a smoothie the previous day and work in the pavilion and had run out of utensils at work. I ask the girl at the counter if it was okay I take a spoon and she said it was okay (probably cause she’s seen me eat lunch there a few times). The manager Deardre says that I “convinced my friends to give me free stuff” over a spoon.. I don’t have any friends that work there I just work near there so sorry for coming in often made you believe i had friends there, but her customer service is terrible its clearly not apart of the stores policy to deny customers one plastic spoon which is why the cashier didn’t mind. Not sure if the manager doesn’t trust her employees or just doesn’t like them enough to yell at them for a rule she never implemented at a corporate level but bad mouthing regulars is not a good business model. Had the cashier said no I would’ve gone to copperline cause they see me just as often and dont cry over 2.50 plastic utensils but rest assured I paid her the $3 she felt she was owed for the spoon the following day, and yet she still gossiped, and bad mouthed me, a previous customer to her employees.. over a spoon.. It seems the manager is in the wrong line of work if she doesn’t like people, and to get his upset over a spoon shows she has the emotional maturity of a toddler. I do hope she gets the help she needs and finds a job that suits her better because clearly customers service is not her strong suit. After the multiple times i’ve spent money there to throw away mine and my co-workers business for a $3 spoon is just sad.. Not sure if they’re going out of business and maybe they’re tightening their purse straps but I feel that should have been communicated to the staff beforehand not gossiping about a rule you invented after the fact.”

I asked for plenty of bean sprouts and my chow mien was really good. There was a lot of chicken. “I can't say these words enough! THE BEST! Between Katie and Kellie every event I have ever done there has been the best. Coordination of the day is a must and they know how to do it. The grounds there are one of the best for photos combining a very soft park like feel, to the tavern, and the Chapel thats historically beautiful in every way. There's not a hard place to shoot photos here, and that's a big plus for a venue especially when asked, where's my favorite place to shoot photos. It's here... I highly recommend the location hands down...”

“My husband and I ate at this Culver's location tonight (8/19/24) It was our first time at a Culvers. The young lady at the cashier stand, Arianna was great. We explained that it was our first time, she told us the good things to order off the menu, how it all worked and how if we wanted to wait and decide on Custard we could scan the barcode and they would bring it to us, which we did. The butter burger with cheese was amazing. It was like Steak and Shake used to be back in the day when they actually served people, but a splash better. The custard was great too. I had a sundae with hot fudge, peanut butter, marshmallow and whipped cream and my husband had a sundae with cheesecake crumbles and hot fudge. We took our actual dinner home to try the custard, which was WORTH IT. The restaurant was impeccably clean and the staff was smiling and friendly. Someone has done a great job with this place.”
