“Unfortunately our visit this time (we come about once per month) was subpar. The good stuff - food was excellent and our server was good. Bad stuff - we had a reservation but were made to wait 20 minutes. Your front staff seemed flustered. I have to assume the folks at the table that was promised to us stayed longer than they should have? Maybe you put folks there earlier with no reservation? That’s unclear. But what is clear is that the ability to make a reservation so we don’t have to wait keeps us coming to Sonapa. So it was a let down. I think better management of reserved tables is needed and if you seat someone without reservations at a table that is reserved for 5:45, let the party know they need to vacate by then.“

“One of the best breakfast we have found. It was worth the drive from Ormond Beach. And, they have scrapple, for you scrapple lovers. The portions are generous. Staff was very pleasant and eager to please. Prices are very reasonable. We definitely have our go to place for breakfast, and will try their lunch menu.“

I should've asked for no salt, too, because I found my dish too heavily seasoned with something that they said wasn't salt but it sure tasted that way. Enjoyed that yummy green juice and ate the tofu and gluten-free avocado toast and sent back the potatoes for a fresh order, no seasoning. Perfect! They were happy to accommodate. “Until the last couple visits, things were fine. I don't know if it's new management or what, but sandwiches were horrible. Not even close to the items that were supposed to be on the sandwiches, no cheese, and very little meat. Big change from the way they used to be. This is for the location on Beville Road in Daytona Beach.“
