“I am a review junkie but don't leave too many. Tonight, I had to. My son and I stopped in for dinner and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jarrod. He is kind, personable and proactive. You can tell he genuinely likes people and was an absolute breath of fresh air. You could not ask for a better person to represent your company. Food is always consistent, salad bar is great and of course, ice cream is a big draw for my kiddo. Tonight, Jarrod was the highlight.“

Since this was during the workday, I needed to be able to get there and back with my food quickly to fit into my 30 minute lunch break! “Just called Rivers Lakeland to place a pick up order. Man answered the phone. Stated they don't take orders by phone have to do online. Told him I tried that wouldn't work. Said that's how they do take out. I've been going to 4 Rivers for years. Was ordering for six people over $100. Told him I'll find some place else to order from. Won't be back.“

“I started going to Athena’s when my son and family first moved to Maitland over 17 years ago. Since 2018 I went there at least once a week. Having to move back to Connecticut, I miss their chicken so much. My grandchildren know when I come to visit that is the first place I stop to eat. Their chicken is always so delicious and moist. “Just ate the spicy bacon grilled cheese and OMG! Lots of flavor and delectable down to the last bite. I tried the garlic cheese bread and that was scrumptious. So glad the place has reopened and will be buying breads as gifts and for the holidays. We like to get the bread sliced and freeze it in sections to take out and enjoy over time.“

“Jernigan’s is the restaurant located inside the Kia Center that’s usually reserved for those with specific seating. I was fortunate enough to have some of those seats and thus got to try this out.

It’s a buffet style, and man can you go to town if you really wanted. Salad, fruit, smoked chicken, ham, veggies, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, a whole charcuterie section and more. Oh yeah and don’t forget the ice cream sundae bar.

They also wait on you at the tables, getting you drinks if you want though you could walk over to the bar as well. If it’s before game time, you can walk in and be seated but as the game starts they usually want you to make a reservation.

I have to say the coolest part was the view while dining here. It’s on the 4th floor so you can sit and literally look out on the court. That was pretty neat.“

“It’s a five star review with only four stars for food service and atmosphere because it’s about a 4 1/2 star five stars to me. It has to be really off the chart incredible. However, hibachi express did not disappoint. Not only did I walk in and order I was attended to immediately, and my walk-in order was done shockingly fast during their busy dinner hour. I would highly recommend eating here for express sushi and I saw the hibachi looks really good too.“
