Jernigans is on the club level of the Amway arena. Beyond being less crowded than the tunnel restaurant, the ambiance here is elevated, creating a more enjoyable dining experience. The dining experience was very chaotic. From the moment we walked in, they were scurrying around. We heard excuses of "new system" problems from more than one person. We were seated, but sat there for about 5 minutes before we had to flag someone down to see if we should go up to the buffet. That person stopped and gave us plates. We grabbed food and came back. Hidden Gem! We’re so happy that my husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant. We’ve read the reviews and was hesitant to make a reservation. However, we did not experience anything that the reviews had to say. The staff was excellent, the food was great, and the experience was awesome. You can’t beat the price for this dinner and a show!
