“I ordered my cupcakes online and I really wanted the Barbie cupcake but they were sold out on the app. I was a little sad but I know how good Sprinkles cupcakes are so I ordered a box of 4 to share with my friends. When I arrived to pick up my order, one of my friends asked the young lady that works there if it was possible to exchange the flavor I had chosen (Strawberry) for a Barbie cupcake because she saw they were still available. The young lady that works there brought me my order in addition to the Barbie cupcake. I was delighted knowing that I would get the chance to try it! So I asked the young lady how much would it cost me and she told me no charge. Needless to say, I was overjoyed by her kind gesture and wonderful customer service. She really made my day. I’ve been to several Sprinkles locations (California and Tampa, Fl) and I am always impressed by their customer service. Today was a great example of why I love Sprinkles so much. Not to mention how yummy their cupcakes are! I wish I knew her name, but either way this review is my thanks to her and the staff at the Disney Springs location. My visit was between 7:15-7:45 on March 19, 2024. If anyone knows the girl that was handing out orders and gave me the Barbie one for free, please tell her I said thank you! Also, if any reps from Sprinkles sees this, please find it in your heart to not get her in trouble. I was more than willing to pay for it, but she made the experience exceptional. If you're at the Polynesian resort, main house, go towards the back in the main lobby and out the sliding glass doors. Turn left, and there it is, a little gem situated in a resort instead of in a crowded park. Dole Whips have their own cult following, and I have to admit I get the fever. They're so tasty! This location can also do swirls with vanilla soft-serve, and they also make Dole Whip Floats (your choice of DW or soft-serve with pineapple juice). So good! They also offer a Dole Whip Float with a shot of coconut rum! Yes, it's delicious, though honestly the rum hides very quickly with the size and flavor of the float. But, that's okay, you can just take the shot separately if you want, they serve it on the side. That's all they serve: ice cream, Dole Whip, floats, and mixtures between the above. It's that simple. And simply delicious. Whether we're staying at this resort or just stopping by for a meal, we have to go to the Lanai for a Dole Whip!“

They also have the option to substitute Tofu for most of their dishes, which I appreciate. Their service is always fantastic, though sometimes the wait can be a bit long for the food when they’re busy. When ordering ahead, it’s difficult to plan how far in advance to order because sometimes the food is ready in 10 min, other times it takes 45 (and you don’t want your food sitting, or it loses it’s crispness). On our last night we stopped in after a full day at the parks with our 4 year old grandson. It was perfect once again! Chicken tender and fries for him, smothered pork chop with glazed carrots and mashed potatoes with a delicious mushroom gravy for me, and the skirt steak with duck fat fingerling potatoes for my husband! Everything was delicious, we had enough leftovers for lunch the next day, and our server, Jake was fantastic! He even brought out a complimentary donut sundae for the birthday boy!
