“My 17 year old wanted her cake here! Their cakes are delicious but they branded hers with a white chocolate wafer with Fortuna Bakery on her birthday cake and I found that the only downfall. We don’t want an advertisement on her cake. Next time leave that off. We got the Fantasia cake. She had a great day! Thank you!“

“Faith restored! Ever since they removed Tomato Basil bisque from the menu, the food was never the same. After eating at this establishment, the food quality came up as exceptional. The extra sauce on the side for Penne Rosa, restored the correct spice level I was getting when eating that with the bisque. Coming to this place going forward!!

“I had a problem 2 weeks ago at this location, ordered takeout and they gave me the wrong order. I could not drive back in that day but they promised to comp me next time I was in to make up for it. I came back in today and Regina assisted me. After confirming my information, date and time of the original order, she and the manager made it right and I got my delicious Mongolian Chicken! Thank you PF Chang’s To Go for owning the error and delivering on your promise!“
