Greeted every single person and if they couldn’t hear him he made sure to repeat himself. He stayed busy the entire time wiping counters and interacting with guests. “My 17 year old wanted her cake here! Their cakes are delicious but they branded hers with a white chocolate wafer with Fortuna Bakery on her birthday cake and I found that the only downfall. We don’t want an advertisement on her cake. Next time leave that off. We got the Fantasia cake. She had a great day! Thank you!“

“I had to wait 30 minutes for my food since they were super behind on orders but the lady who I assume was the manager comped my meal and gave me a coupon for a free appetizer as a way of apologizing for the wait. I walked out happy as a clam.“
