man I have really loved P.F Changs in the past call my friend all about it it was never been finally ordered today and it was the worst Food I've ever seen all the breadings falling off the shrimp you forgot the egg rolls? and Jesus when he delivered my food looked very upset about it? yeah not good
First of all, this place does not follow Covid safety protocols. When the staff hands you the food, they put their hands on your bowls without washing or sanitizing their hands.
Second, food is horrible. You pay more for less. Bad food presentation and the chef contaminates the food with other foods, for example, I ordered a bowl of fried rice with chicken and it was spicy. I did not order it spicy. I also ordered the potstickers and it came without sauce and it was cold....read full review

P.F. Chang's To-go is a cute place with limited items on the menu (no soup). The food is very tasty and absolutely delicious, coming out very fast. The Mongolian beef was on point. Despite it being a to-go location, there are nice small tables where customers are able to dine there. The employee at the front is friendly, kind, patient, helpful, and absolutely amazing, providing wonderful service. She fully explains the menu, answers any questions, recommends great options, and easily accommodates gluten free options for allergies. However, one suggestion is that there be two people in the front to help pass out orders, as the employee is alone taking orders, passing out online orders, and helping in the back. The restaurant is in a very nice area, and they always include a fortune cookie.
