“This hotels Accounting Department has a major problem in responding to accounting/billing inquiries opened, when an identity theft and fraudulent use of credit card occurs. On October 6th of 2023 a inquiry was open in regards to an identity theft and fraudulent use of credit card, the system replied that accounting would reply within 2 business days. It is November 17th, 2023 and still have not heard back from accounting department after multiple attempts to get their attention. Calling the hotel directly is of no help, everyone I talked to can not get me to someone to help resolve the fraudulent credit card charges. Letters to Accounting Manager or the Area General Manager also have not affect. Very frustrated victim of identity theft and fraudulent use of credit card.“

“A nice place with excellent service and good food. The famous fried chicken was solid and the chicken paillard was delicious. The only complaints were prices were a bit steep and the men’s bathroom was too small for such a large restaurant. Highly recommended“

“8/16/24 - Today, I was greeted by Nashawn. Bryan and Troy prepared our three pizzas. Minnie checked us out. Juju and Shawna brought our pizzas to us. Zay made sure gloves were changed and the cutter was changed for food allergies. I changed my review to 5 stars as this location has improved drastically. Thank you all for a wonderful, clean, professional dine in experience.

6/5/23 - I've eaten at many Blaze Pizza locations. I ordered two gluten-free vegan pizzas today. One came with ham on it and the other had a piece of chicken baked into the pizza. Sara offered me a free pizza for next time but how does this help with others who have food allergies? Don't eat here if you have a food allergy especially to gluten.“

“This was our first visit to Mardi Grogs but it won't be our last. Our bartender, Tim, was marvelous; very friendly and funny. He introduced us to a Knob Creek Bourbon that is specially made for Disney. It was excellent! If you're a bourbon drinker, you must try this. If we lived in the area this would be one of our regular hangouts!“

“Overall, this is a great quick service spot at Magic Kingdom! You can mobile order on the Disney app so there’s no need for waiting in line, you can just walk right up to grab your food. The kids meals are a great price with a good amount of food! There’s plenty of indoor seating along with outdoor as well. It’s a nice chicken, French fry, and flatbread spot to grab something quick and easy!“
