“Went to the Disney Springs location tonight and it was great! Friendly staff, great food for a great price. With it being a little chilly outside for Florida the outside heaters were great. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely be back.“

“Food was really good. Love the various options in chicken salads. Cranberry Kelli and Olvias old south scoop, and fancy Nancy were all very good. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The broccoli salad side and the pasta salad was good.

Dining room could have used a little more attention. A few too many tables were left untouched and not wiped down after customers prior had left.“

“Chick-fil-A Celebration was very helpful. My daughter's dance team was in town. Willie went above and beyond when I went in to place a large order for later in the day. WOW. Never seen a chick fil a with so much heart and love.“

“We are here for the first time, the manager Bri was so sweet she came up, introduced herself and welcomed us in (she saw us confused on the order pad) she was so helpful. The food was HOT and delicious. It’s primarily strips with a twist. The BEST French Fries. Pretty good for fast food and nice to come in too a place with friendly staff. Give it a try!! We were NOT fans of the Salsa Ranchero but everything rose was yummy!!“

“Loved this Chick Fil A, they played a Freya Sky song which made my daughter jump through the roof. The play area was great for the kids.

The food was delicious as always and perfectly made. They allowed us to order breakfast and lunch on the same order which was amazing and so appreciated.

“Your food options are chicken, chicken, or chicken, but its all really good, and the food came out so fast I hadn't even got my drink yet. If I had to give any complaint it would be I sometimes have to sit outside because it gets so busy, but that doesn't really bother me.“

Lobby was clean as well as the bathrooms. What really surprised me was seeing the manager at the counter working alongside of the team and not just ordering things around. “I ordered on Slim Chickens on Door Dash and I received my food and I ordered 2 jars one brownie and other one is cheesecake. I received the brownie jar and I didn't receive the cheesecake jar. I called the Dasher to see if maybe she left it behind in the car and she said they never gave it to her. So I called the store and Kevin picked up the phone and he went to verify that we order the cheese cake jar and he said yes I see you ordered it and so he took he initiative and said he will deliver the jar himself to my location. So I appreciate Kevin!!“

“I walked in this location just as they were closing, so I didn't expect the greatest. OMGOODNESS! was I wrong. The staff was awesome, amazing different from what I thought! They were filled with joy and excitement! Fun and love! Good energy and jokes! Turned my whole expecting experience around. Sky, good gracious showed me soooooo much hospitality and was so much fun. Now you think I was here for a good long wait, nope 15mins or less I experienced all this joy. The closing manager that night (I'm so mad I cant remember his name) was as equally as joyous and fun. I'm pulling up to this Canes everytime I'm in Orlando and I'm coming at night when they're in there, because between them two, my order taking gonna be enjoyable, my wait time will be entertaining, the conversation will be funny and my entire experience will keep bringing me back 🫶🏽“
