“Hubby and I came to try Gallos Pollos on a Tuesday and it was SO good! We brought 2 more family members 2 days later and came back again today! This place is AHHHMaaaazzzzing!!! The food is delicious and so full of flavor! The steak, chicken, and carnitas are tender and juicy! The cornbread is moist and so good! The icing on the cake…is the staff!! Aaron to Joey to Anthony…they are so welcoming and very friendly! We will be back again…and again…and again!!!“

“They turned something that would’ve been a bad experience into an amazing one. Truly fantastic customer service. I ordered in the drive through and they didn’t have my food ready during peak dinner rush today.
I had to leave the drive through completely and wait for 5-10 extra minutes in a parking spot, and the girl running the drive through personally profusely apologized and gave me a big handful of free coupons.

That’s how to do customer service. I’ve been to other fast food places where I had to wait and I get nothing but a dirty look and half cold food.“

“Tried this place out after being disappointed by a few other Mexican spots and I was glad I did. I enjoy the freshness of their food and their Yuca fries are absolutely the best. “This Chick Fil A has the best customer service, I messed up majorly and ordered a catering for 40 people for the wrong date. They were able to change it and I was able to pick it up within an hour. They are life savers, food was fresh and the service was better.“

“I can’t speak about the negative reviews for this location but I have had nothing but great service every time I have came here and my last visit cemented why I love chick fil a in general. I made an online order but mistakenly picked the wrong location and upon my arrival for pickup, they showed me that I made the mistake and the manager got involved and took care of me on the spot.

Being that chick fil a is individually owned , he didn’t have to do that and for this reason alone , I can’t understand how many negative reviews happened here but I have been over a dozen times and have always had a good experience.

I know mistakes happen from time to time but I wouldn’t let the reviews deter you from patronizing this location.“
