“I ordered on Slim Chickens on Door Dash and I received my food and I ordered 2 jars one brownie and other one is cheesecake. I received the brownie jar and I didn't receive the cheesecake jar. I called the Dasher to see if maybe she left it behind in the car and she said they never gave it to her. So I called the store and Kevin picked up the phone and he went to verify that we order the cheese cake jar and he said yes I see you ordered it and so he took he initiative and said he will deliver the jar himself to my location. So I appreciate Kevin!!“

The only downside for me was the atmosphere. It was very loud and felt a bit chaotic inside, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. Great food, but not the best spot if you’re looking for a calm dining experience.“

“I placed a delivery order through the app and hadn’t gotten anything despite the order supposedly getting delivered. I went to the store 20 minutes before they closed and explained my situation. The closing male manager helped me immediately. He gave me what he could and offered more. He went above and beyond my expectations. “Food is very good at this Pollo. Ordered twice and neat, hot and tasty. Only thing I would say could use improvement is the lobby. It gets so busy that tables are always left a mess. Need to have someone consistently and constantly cleaning to make sure guests coming in can find a clean table. Otherwise, delicious food.“
