I used to love Pollo Tropical but it is not the same. Food is okay, restaurants are not clean and staff needs training in customer service. It seems they haven’t go it all together after Covid.
Pollo Tropical is always a good place to eat for a good price. This one didn’t have the best service has they messed up our entire order and after the second time asking to fix it we just left with what we had.
