Am I the only one who notices how incompetent this place is about having their drive-thru open. Seems like they make up a lot of excuses to not have it open and quite honestly they don't even have anyone in the store so they could really run it but that's why places like this start to lose business. You're supposed to be about fast food and convenience the minute you take away one of those elements you're not convenient anymore. Once you stop being convenient you lose the necessity for us to need you. The less we need you the less we come to your establishment and eventually that's why places like you end up closing one day. You guys already have a pretty bad reputation for service.
