“Ran out of ketchup the night before. Was there for lunch next day....still no ketchup. Spoke to Manager and asked why they didn't just go to grocery store? Was told short handed. REALLY??? So you would rather tick off tons of customers than go to a store which is 5 minute drive. Who is running this place????“
“Great subs and very friendly service. Lunch was busy but they had plenty of staff to keep the line moving. Only issue so far is with the app recognizing transactions to accumulate points. I've visited twice and still have 0 points but that's an app issue and not a problem with this location“

The Chicken Philly is a favorite for me, made fresh on the grill in front of your eyes. Usually busy, so be prepared to have a seat for 10m. It's worth it!“
“Immediately noticed counter person "Annice" was genuinely happy polite and courteous. There are not many tables inside the building and they were all filled up. Even though it was raining I sat at a semi-dry table outside under the awning. The door opened up and Anicce said you're food is ready come inside. I said there are no tables. She said I just cleaned off a nice table for you come inside. she seated me and serve my food and I watched her treat everyone else with the same demeanor. I hope you take good care of her on payday because she is a five star employee“
“I ordered pepperoni personal pan pizza and a soda. Greeted with a friendly smile by Jon. Pizza hot and ready on time. The hut on Beville Rd is three minutes from my house, but the drive to the Port Orange Pizza Hut is worth the short drive if you want excellent food and service.“
“First visit to this location. I was greeted when I entered the door. The staff was super friendly & by the time I got my drink & sat down my food was being brought to my table. Staff stopped by & asked if I needed anything else. While I sat there eating my lunch the staff continued to greet every person entering & food was being delivered to them just as fast as mine was delivered. I will definitely return. Best Grill & Chill I have been to in a very long time.“
