What a difference a week makes. Last week I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon and the young woman making sandwiches was on her game, helping people, giving great customer service and keeping the restaurant clean. This week I don't even get a hello from the gentleman working. He makes a great sandwich but his personality drives people to the subway down the street.
I have always liked this branch. The store is clean and staff is effic. I don't often remember coupons, but I had one to get a sub for $3.99. I presented it and was told this store does not honor coupons that are for $3.99. Why does Subway spend all that money on coupons that individual stores can refuse? I was not happy.
I've personally been going to this subway almost daily, 4 to 5 days a week for probably a year now and have not yet had a bad experience . Veronica always takes care of my orders. For the first time yesterday (12/15/2025 )I used the restroom and to my surprise it was very very clean. Not sure about the lady's restrooms but its rare to find a public place with clean man's restrooms.. I do see a few negative comments but those are probably from people that worked there for a week...read full review
