“Dom greeted us at the drive thru and was the most pleasant individual you would ever hope to drive up to! If there was such thing as 10 stars we would award him with that! He was so kind and compassionate and by then end of our drive thru experience he shared a cow souvenir with my kids. They talked about how kind and thoughtful Dom was the entire way home. There aren’t enough nice things I can say about our experience today with Dom and thank you simply isn’t enough but I will say our community is lucky to have someone like him. After all, life’s biggest moments are made up of all the small things. Thank you for making our world a better place and our chic fil a the best one to visit!“

For our in-dining experience and first impressions, and who really stood out here for this fast-food & in-dining 5-star, is front counter customer service rep, Ms Cynthia! What a wonderful, professional, and friendly gem she is! Very knowledgeable of the menu and what the business is doing. Top-tier quality service with her! The kitchen staff were such a great support system for both drive-thru and in-dining from our observation. We're from St Augustine and visiting, and wish we could have this location and Ms Cynthia closer to visit more often. “I have personally frequented this Love's location around 2 years now and I enjoy my experience every time. The amenities, shopping and employes are very helpful and the service is expedient.Vegetarian options: Arby's can modify your order to best suit your personal preference. Plenty of options for a vegetarian to be considered and satisfied. Salads are delicious!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free products are available as well as low sodium options.Parking: Parking for residents and visitors are accessible and are able to spend one night or 24 hours to rest if needed. Around 40 or more spaces between the Arby's and Love's travel stop convenience store. The Trucks have an allotted amount of parking and amenities as well located behind the store. Paid individual showers available as well or Truck drivers receive complementary showers per fill up at the pumps!Kid-friendliness: The kids menu has a plethora of options in the Arby's location as well as accomodations within the convenience store. Employes are professional and kind.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is located at every entrance/ exit of the entire Love's location including Arby's and the Trucks as well.“

“In town for some chill time. Ordered some Za to my hotel. Person taking my order was excellent. Person delivering my food was excellent. They said it would be 35 minutes for delivery, and it was EXACTLY 35 minutes (not a minute more or less), and the order was exact and piping hot. Don’t hesitate to order from here, they’ll knock it out of the park.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options, veggies are fresh for a chain.“

All of the flavors are really good but the size of the chicken wings were really tiny considering you're paying almost a dollar per wing.It was drive-thru so can't see much for atmosphere.Service was fine they got the order out quickly.The toast was great as usual but a little burnt.French fries were good.It's a solid staple.“
“Stopped by on the way home from vacation. Clean store, great service and food, and very friendly employees. They had someone new training that day. The employee training him was kind and patient with him as he learned. They both had a positive attitude, and its good to see encouragement and support in the workplace!“
“The other members of my party would give 5 stars. Their food was as usual, delicious. I ordered 'the giant" which was a fried pork tenderloin on ciabatta. It sounded wonderful. However,it was pounded so thin and then breaded that no flavor of pork could be detected. The ciabatta roll was grilled beautifully but that tenderloin was likely an 8" square and completely dwarfed the roll. The fries were generous and delicious. The giant was the only item I've ever ordered there that wasn't perfection.“
