“We always order online from this location since we live so close. We never had any issues. Staff has always been fantastic. We just recently had an issue with the app. It kept saying item unavailable every time. Even if I only have 1 hot sauce in my cart. We drove there, went inside, told them the issue and confusion. As soon as they understood, they immediately started my order manually. They even gave us a break from the original total cost due to the inconvenience. They all were extremely helpful, respectful, and efficient. I believe the guy who was the most helpful was (I believe his name was) Matt or maybe Mike. Good experience after just a minor setback!“

“Every time I come in I see this worker his name is dj incredible service he so sweet kind hearted and makes my day when I go in the way he prepares the food is outstanding as well as fast! This place needs more djs if I had to say anything negative it’s that he is the only one when I come in that treats me with respect! Hire more djs or move him uppppp:)“

“Quit coming here for a long time. This location was going down hill really fast! Been almost a year and decided to see if it changed. Went through the drive thru a few nights ago and food was good. Everything was fresh, and thought maybe they turned things around.
Went through the drive thru again tonight and got the same good service, staff was great. Both times before this review a young man and shift supervisor named Jackson was running the drive thru. This young man was very polite and helpful. Made sure everything was correct and always had a smile and calm. He will go far and hopefully they keep up the food quality and service to bring this location back on its feet.“

“Excellent example of what DQ is famous for! Had a banana split, hot fudge sundae and a couple of drinks. Fast friendly service a bit of a line but it moved quickly and sweets were served with a smile! A perfect stop on a Sunday ride on the motorcycles!“

“First visit to this culivers and was quick getting my order and the waitress Breanna was going above and beyond her job duties helping customers feel at ease tending to their every need, I was happy she was the waitress on the floor. Great service friendly workers!!“

“It's a McDonalds. Not much atmosphere, a nice woman brought our tray. But she stood by talking to another woman close to us and complained about her life almost the whole time we were there. Food was as expected. Restroom and lobby were clean and tidy“

“Got me a slippery burger over at Arby’s. That burger was good, but it just wouldn’t stay together for some reason. Slipping outta the bun and all over the place. I had to keep manually installing the burger back into place. Service was real kind and real quick.“

I’ve been to Culver’s in the past and in my hometown of Kingwood Texas but never tried the fish dinner. It was really good, hot, and fresh. The white fish was cooked at the perfect temperature, the fries were crispy, and the cole slaw was phenomenal! When I get back home I’ll have to visit the one near home and take my wife with me. She used to like Long John Silvers back in the day, but Culver’s puts them to shame.
Oh yeah, the staff was awesome too. I won’t drop any names of the staff here as Google’s new rules are taking effect and they don’t want to see employee names… so there’s that! Have a blessed day and I hope you get something out of my honest review.“
