I stopped in yesterday place was really busy put my order in employee were trying to get food made as fast as they could ...got a little show this person game in waiting a moment and started getting mad that no one took her order yet so she said very loudly is anyone going to help me ...a guy I think manger came over took her order and quickly went back to help other employees get food ready for drive thru b cause like I said very busy ...the lady was rude then decided to be nice...read full review
Your management and staff need a serious lesson in professionalism and customer service. I had an 18 year old child chase after me out of the building threatening to beat me up. The manager was instigating the entire scene. Yelling, screaming, threatening me all while they had a line through the drive thru and customers in the building. I ordered extra sauce on my burrito. I got no sauce at all. Boo!!!!! I’m going back to Taco Bell.
