“Since I live in Ponce Inlet, I've been to Down the Hatch many times and have always found their seafood to be so fresh all the time. This time I had my sons visiting me from St. Louis, they wanted to eat at the best restaurant for seafood, and of course, we went right here and it didn't disappoint. They especially loved the shecrab soup with the sherry on the side. It was scrumptious. Their dinners were wonderful, as well as the desserts. Needless to say, we went home with plenty of leftovers. Steve, the server was great. All in all, it was a perfect night. So whether you live nearby or on vacation, make it a point to dine there.”

“Absolutely top-notch! We have very discriminating palets and see no reason to go out to eat if we can’t get good service. SoNappa is 100% on point! Our first visit was to the Ormond location, which was also absolutely spectacular, which led us to visiting the New Smyrna Beach location. This location is much larger with dining indoors, upstairs and downstairs along with patio service.

Our server was Amanda and we have every intention of asking for her in the future. We were so happy to have all of our expectations met.

Presentation, flavor, portion sizes, and value is completely there. It’s an experience rarely found in Volusia County. The atmosphere and vibe is absolutely there for everybody from every walk of life. This restaurant in particularly this location is extremely highly recommended from someone who usually only goes out to eat when I can have a chef tasting or Michelin star experience. There’s absolutely no reason to be on the fence on whether or not you should go. Sorry no photos, I was busy being present with the awesome experience.”

“They catered my desserts for my wedding and let me just say, the BEST cake and cupcakes!!! They were absolutely lovely to work with and the best cupcakes and cake ever!!!!! The cake was multiple tiers of different flavors and they on short noticed made gluten free and vegan cupcakes for my guest with dietary restrictions!!! I wouldn’t have wanted to go with anyone else for our sweet treat needs!”

“i don’t give five stars easily but this pizza place is daytonas redemption. I found this place through this app because i was so tired of paying for crappy pizza. when you live most of your life in jersey and there’s more than one great pizza place in every town,i am very happy to find it. walking in gives the vibe of a trad place from my hometown, the pizza matched. i only ordered a pepperoni pizza and one sandwich but i’ll definitely go back again. hearing someone say they were served by josephine was incredible- the synchronicity cannot be mistaken. i was there at an odd hour on a weekday so the atmosphere was quiet, but it seems like kids are welcome. No stairs so wheelchair accessible and the website to order is great. start to finish the experience was terrific. Also, very smart place to open,Seabreeze is such a nice beachside street. There are local merchants rather than side to side chain restaurants.”
