HT's Sand Bar & Bistro near the Ponce Inlet lighthouse offers fresh, real ingredients in generous portions. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides great recommendations. The clam chowder and chicken sausage gumbo were flavorful, while the shrimp and grits was just okay. The cod was fresh and delicious, served with tasty tartar sauce. The cheesy crab meatloaf on Mac n cheese was flavorful, although the crab was subtle. The chicken tacos were well-seasoned with a nice sear. Overall, this unassuming spot surprises with excellent, next-level food and a variety of breakfast and lunch options. A great choice for a meal in paradise.
