Since I live in Ponce Inlet, I've been to Down the Hatch many times and have always found their seafood to be so fresh all the time. This time I had my sons visiting me from St. Louis, they wanted to eat at the best restaurant for seafood, and of course, we went right here and it didn't disappoint. if you enjoy quality lean brisket at an excellent price, this is EASILY the best brisket I have ever had in my entire life and I've been to dozens of BBQ places throughout the state. Texas style, legitimately smoked and delicious. the smoked wings are fantastic they are crispy in the outside and moist on the inside without being slimy/fatty. 100/10 BBQ I would recommend to anyone.
