“Rih, is the best server i’ve ever had. She catered to not only us but our child as well. Even cleaned his bottle he dropped. You don’t get above and beyond service like that anymore. “Since I live in Ponce Inlet, I've been to Down the Hatch many times and have always found their seafood to be so fresh all the time. This time I had my sons visiting me from St. Louis, they wanted to eat at the best restaurant for seafood, and of course, we went right here and it didn't disappoint. They especially loved the shecrab soup with the sherry on the side. It was scrumptious. Their dinners were wonderful, as well as the desserts. Needless to say, we went home with plenty of leftovers. Steve, the server was great. All in all, it was a perfect night. So whether you live nearby or on vacation, make it a point to dine there.“

“My husband and I's first visit tonight & it was fantastic! I ordered the Paradise Salmon with Apple-Mango Salsa, yellow rice & black beans, and steamed broccoli. My husband ordered the September Feature Swordfish along with fries and grilled asparagus. Everything was so delicious. The Swordfish was thick with good seasoning & flavor. My salmon was honestly the best I ever had. Our meals came with a side of rolls that were fresh and warm. Service was top-notch and meals came out freshly made. “We’ve eaten there for two days in a row! Our Airbnb host recommended it, so we went just across the street and arrived late, but Sarah was a JEWEL!! We dined outside to enjoy the nice breeze. Today, we decided to do carry out, and they remembered my husband and even asked where his wife was… very thoughtful! You rarely find that kind of service! Their food is delicious, and plenty of it! “We had such a great experience at Hooligan! Our server, Sam, was incredibly accommodating and had such a great energy and spirit. She took the time to genuinely converse with us, made us feel very welcomed, and was so warm and attentive throughout our visit.

The chicken wings came out fresh and were absolutely amazing! Everything felt clean, well-kept, and inviting.

The manager, Wade, also stopped by our table, and he was just as pleasant. He had a great attitude and really made us feel appreciated for choosing to dine there.
