“Rih, is the best server i’ve ever had. She catered to not only us but our child as well. Even cleaned his bottle he dropped. You don’t get above and beyond service like that anymore. She made the experience so personal and so great. We’ve been coming here for years and she is by far the best addition we have ever experienced here. AMAZING server. Fast, smart, and sweet!“

“Since I live in Ponce Inlet, I've been to Down the Hatch many times and have always found their seafood to be so fresh all the time. This time I had my sons visiting me from St. Louis, they wanted to eat at the best restaurant for seafood, and of course, we went right here and it didn't disappoint. They especially loved the shecrab soup with the sherry on the side. It was scrumptious. Their dinners were wonderful, as well as the desserts. Needless to say, we went home with plenty of leftovers. Steve, the server was great. All in all, it was a perfect night. So whether you live nearby or on vacation, make it a point to dine there.“

I should've asked for no salt, too, because I found my dish too heavily seasoned with something that they said wasn't salt but it sure tasted that way. Enjoyed that yummy green juice and ate the tofu and gluten-free avocado toast and sent back the potatoes for a fresh order, no seasoning. Perfect! They were happy to accommodate. “Absolutely top-notch! We have very discriminating palets and see no reason to go out to eat if we can’t get good service. SoNappa is 100% on point! Our first visit was to the Ormond location, which was also absolutely spectacular, which led us to visiting the New Smyrna Beach location. This location is much larger with dining indoors, upstairs and downstairs along with patio service.

Our server was Amanda and we have every intention of asking for her in the future. We were so happy to have all of our expectations met.

Presentation, flavor, portion sizes, and value is completely there. It’s an experience rarely found in Volusia County. The atmosphere and vibe is absolutely there for everybody from every walk of life. This restaurant in particularly this location is extremely highly recommended from someone who usually only goes out to eat when I can have a chef tasting or Michelin star experience. There’s absolutely no reason to be on the fence on whether or not you should go. Sorry no photos, I was busy being present with the awesome experience.“

I’ve been to Culver’s in the past and in my hometown of Kingwood Texas but never tried the fish dinner. It was really good, hot, and fresh. The white fish was cooked at the perfect temperature, the fries were crispy, and the cole slaw was phenomenal! When I get back home I’ll have to visit the one near home and take my wife with me. She used to like Long John Silvers back in the day, but Culver’s puts them to shame.
Oh yeah, the staff was awesome too. I won’t drop any names of the staff here as Google’s new rules are taking effect and they don’t want to see employee names… so there’s that! Have a blessed day and I hope you get something out of my honest review.“

It was all amazing. wings had a light smoke taste but did not over kill the garlic Parmesan. crispy but not to hard. chicken tenders were amazing... unique taste. Gotta go to try it. food was cooked fresh, hot when delivered to table. fries served in little fry basket. seasoned just right. not soggy. The pricing I believe is very reasonable compared to other local restaurants. staff friendly and knowledge about food prepared. Highly recommend.
