“Arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday evening, and the restaurant was quite crowded! I grabbed the last available seat at the bar, and despite how crowded it was, I was able to get a water and place my order very quickly, food arrived faster than I was expecting, and it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich I ordered was called the Boulevard and it featured a grilled chicken breast on toasted ciabatta topped with herbed goat cheese, balsamic glaze, tomatoes, onions, and mixed greens. Flavors were outstanding all around, especially the herbed goat cheese, of which they applied a healthy amount! The mac and cheese was also outstanding and is just the way I like it! You can tell they use a rich, well-spiced cheese sauce AND regular melted cheese, so it had the creaminess from the sauce, but also a legitimate cheese pull in every bite from the melted cheddar! A very well run establishment with exceptional food!“

“What a gem of a place to have in our town of Deland! The garlic escargot is the best we've ever had. The garlic sauce is over the top, want to lick the plate clean amazing. Leg of Lamb is my favorite, tender, seasoned to perfection, and just melts in your mouth. My husband's favorite is the prime ribeye. Just sheer perfection. Have never had anything on the menu that wasn't tasty. Get the wine, eat the dessert, enjoy. You won't regret stopping here.“

“Overall it was a great experience at Half Wall. Loved the atmosphere there and the food was good. The Fuego Burger was really good and the BLT was good but nothing special. The service was pretty decent. They have a huge list of beer and other alcohol available, most of the menu honestly. Unfortunately the local Half Wall IPA we wanted to try was out at noon but that happens sometimes, just a bummer. It was kid friendly with plenty of seating not at the bar. I would still highly recommend swinging by if you are in DeLand!“

“We took the grandbaby teenagers here for dinner. All I can say is if you haven't been, it's a must. This place was so clean, cozy, friendly staff and great food.If you have a love for pickles, then you will love that to bc they continue to refill your bowl.Our waiter Andrew was the best & made great suggestions that were spot on.They even have outside dining on the patio.We will definitely be going back.“

“I called for a last minute reservation the morning of myself and a few girlfriends wanting to do a brunch. I didn't expect to get a table and figured we'd wait but the hostess was so accommodating. Although it sounded like she was booked for the time we requested, she gave me a few options. We ended up choosing 2 split tables inside next to each other. When we got there the tables still had others seated at them and they felt really bad so we ended up moving outside. It was a little chilly but nothing unbearable. We didn't order drinks because a few had driving from very far. For brunch I got the smash burger with an egg, and a side of bacon. Everything was cooked perfect. The girl next to me had ordered the grilled cheese and that looked fire as well ((however, it did included ham, which looked rather fatty so definitely keep that in mind)) everyone else's food looked amazing! Our waitress was so attentive and our food came out within reasonable time. I can't wait to go back!“

“Had lunch today and the food was fantastic. I normally get the potato pancakes but today I tried the fish and chips. The food was crispy, hot and perfectly cooked. My server Erica was so attentive and accommodating. She checked back often and had such a sweet smile and demeanor. As a former restaurant owner it was nice to see an operation run so smoothly. Management was seen seating people, cashing them out, helping servers, performing table visits …..it was a nice change to see managers involved. Great job today Perkins! I’ll definitely be back!“

The fries were a little bland (but I like a lot of salt) and I wasn't crazy about the ranch but the wings were definitely the best I've had in a long time! “Definitely thr best BBQ in town. The ribs were juicy and they served actual portions of food vs the other bbq joints in town. The brisket was great and the sides were all perfect. This is the only place in town that has the portion control correct, the meat is always more abundant than the sides.“

“Yeah, we really thought Cooks was great. The salad was cold, fresh, and really excellent. I had two salads. For entree, I wish they were not out of the honey mustard chicken when we were in line because that looked great. Got roast beef that was so tender and well cooked. And I think we walked out with tip and two buffets for around $35. Can't beat that“

“We have eaten at The Table several times. The food is always very good, and this visit did not disappoint. We ended up sitting downstairs inside because it was raining outside and the noise level made it very hard to relax and talk. I think is partly due to the accoustics of the room. But we still had a nice, but not so intimate meal.“

Entertainment excellent but the only problem I had was today when I placed a to go order 1 glad I am not a health inspector because by 1 person I saw that didn't wash her hands after she ate both times once by the register then outside the window to get the orders. She never asked me about my order others did. Then she touched her hair and her mouth again never washed her hands. I work in the food industry myself and I know after each meal you eat, touch my hair, and specially my mouth you wash your hands each time, then after my order was ready sat it next to the register walked past then asked me if I was waiting on something. 2. I had 3 to go drinks and was told no lids they didn't have any and no one gets a drink to go and I didn't order alcohol to go it was tea and lemonade. I have never been to any restaurant where they don't put lids on drinks for a to go order. Like I said everything else today was excellent except the service. 3. And when I called to place my order the young lady taking my order wasn't customer excellent on the phone. I like City Limits everything is excellent but the service I got today I was not pleased at all.“

“Very nice place. The building is over 100 years old and has a nice old world charm. The food was very good. They are known for their steaks and have some specials usually posted on the board. The ribeye was really good with the coffee crust. The glazed salmon was also very good. The fried mushrooms appetizer was excellent.The shrimp scampi fettuccine has very nice garlic butter wine sauce. Service was quick and our waiter was very attentive.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp is to the side of the main entrance for dine in and outdoor eating area is parking level.“

“The waite staff are always friendly, courteous, and attentive. I've been going there for years and rarely if ever had a bad visit. Anything bad I've experienced has been not being able to finish my food. Great place, and good people.“
