Went there for our daughter's 40th birthday dinner tonight around 5:45pm
Started off great it wasn't busy so we got a table right away. Maybe 12 people in the entire place even some faces we knew. We ordered a couple of pineapple hulas then the daughter and grandkids came in and the commenced to ordering food and drinks. At 6:45 we hadn't got any refilled drinks or our food. Arrived at 5:52 the restaurant was not full. we were there for our daughters Birthday celebration dinner. The server took our order then we did not see him again for 20 minutes. Never came back to check drinks or ask if we needed anything. My husband went to the bar to ask for a drink because we couldn't find our server ,the bartender said she couldn't serve him because he had a table server. So went in for my birthday dinner. Waited an hour for food for our food to come out cold. My father was at the table and needed another drink (beer) never was able to get the server to the table to order another said beer. So went to the bar itself and was refused to give a beer at the bar told them didn't have a server to get it and told him no this happened twice within 30 mins time period of waiting for a server to come check on us.
