“I've stopped here a few times now and each time has been amazing! Outside is clean and well lit with ample parking. When you enter, you're met with some of the sweetest people! The customer service is top tier. They're happy to answer questions about the menu or what's available. I love that the fried options are cooked to order - not sitting in a warmer just waiting. The price?? Worth every dime!“

“Fuji Express is my favorite DeLand sushi and hibachi spot. The Salmon Bento box is a deal. A generous, tasty piece of salmon with Gyoza, steamed rice and California roll. The Hibachi Special is also tasty. I love the Avocado salad, the soups, and the sushi rolls. Green tea mochi is a favorite for dessert. The staff all are super friendly and helpful.“

“This has become one of our new favorite spots! The food is so creative and you can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The portions for the money are extremely large. The service each time we visited was top notch. Attentive but not pushy at all. Highly recommend.“

“The four of us came in for our first time today (Tuesday) for lunch. We all had the Dieter's Special, even though it was not diet food! lol Pulled pork, brisket, sausage and bean soup and salad bar. Everything was fabulous!!!“

“Breakfast lovers rejoice!Worth driving to if you want a good breakfast. Next time someone suggests a big brand breakfast place, steer them here. The staff is super helpful to first timers and help you get what you want. I go just for the blueberry pancakes.“
