“Fuji Express is my favorite DeLand sushi and hibachi spot. The Salmon Bento box is a deal. A generous, tasty piece of salmon with Gyoza, steamed rice and California roll. The Hibachi Special is also tasty. I love the Avocado salad, the soups, and the sushi rolls. Green tea mochi is a favorite for dessert. The staff all are super friendly and helpful.“

“Quick stop on the way to Walton Beach. Great atmosphere, even better service. We started with two spring tools and an egg roll- both were fresh and delicious, cooked perfectly. We share the Mongolian beef - wow! Tender beef, medium spicy sauce, green and white onions. The rice was perfect. We shared but they gave us two rice bowls. We would highly recommend this restaurant. They have a chef and a sushi chef. Owner on the premises and it shows. 5 stars.“
