Had lunch today and the food was fantastic. I normally get the potato pancakes but today I tried the fish and chips. The food was crispy, hot and perfectly cooked. My server Erica was so attentive and accommodating. She checked back often and had such a sweet smile and demeanor. As a former restaurant owner it was nice to see an operation run so smoothly. We come to Perkins in Deland weekly.We always enjoy our waitress Lisa, who makes us feel welcome and like family! She is very attentive and always makes sure our food is fresh and to our satisfaction l!

We had breakfast and it was really good. The coffee was tasty, and my blueberry pancakes were very good and fluffy. I did notice that two tables right next to us had to send back their eggs because they were not cooked correctly, but we didn't experience any issues. I guess beware though, your eggs might not come out right.
