“Since I live in Ponce Inlet, I've been to Down the Hatch many times and have always found their seafood to be so fresh all the time. This time I had my sons visiting me from St. Louis, they wanted to eat at the best restaurant for seafood, and of course, we went right here and it didn't disappoint. They especially loved the shecrab soup with the sherry on the side. It was scrumptious. Their dinners were wonderful, as well as the desserts. Needless to say, we went home with plenty of leftovers. Steve, the server was great. All in all, it was a perfect night. So whether you live nearby or on vacation, make it a point to dine there.“

“Absolutely top-notch! We have very discriminating palets and see no reason to go out to eat if we can’t get good service. SoNappa is 100% on point! Our first visit was to the Ormond location, which was also absolutely spectacular, which led us to visiting the New Smyrna Beach location. This location is much larger with dining indoors, upstairs and downstairs along with patio service.

Our server was Amanda and we have every intention of asking for her in the future. We were so happy to have all of our expectations met.

Presentation, flavor, portion sizes, and value is completely there. It’s an experience rarely found in Volusia County. The atmosphere and vibe is absolutely there for everybody from every walk of life. This restaurant in particularly this location is extremely highly recommended from someone who usually only goes out to eat when I can have a chef tasting or Michelin star experience. There’s absolutely no reason to be on the fence on whether or not you should go. Sorry no photos, I was busy being present with the awesome experience.“

“I love the Flagler Tavern atmosphere and staff. However the burger sliders were not favorable at all! They were the most overcooked and smallest sliders that I have ever had and were not up to Flagler Tavern standards. I’m sure I will be back as a Loyalty member but will probably pass on the apps.“

“I've driven past this bar 1000 times and I just stopped in today. $2 drafts! It's hard to find places like this anymore. You can also smoke your cigars or cigarettes if you choose. Bartenders are nice and the local old timers will tell you a good story. If you're looking for. 5 star Ritz this ain't it. It's an actual real bar with good folks with real people. “We enjoyed the outdoor patio. The staff was friendly, attentive. The food and drinks great! What a great beach town. We had our dog with us and this place allowed the dog on the patio. We had a bit of a problem finding a place right off. But we were pleasantly surprised with the whole place. Definitely recommend.“

She handled my nerves and questions for my most special day impeccably and her venue felt as if we were destined to be married there.
