“My friends and I go to dinner every Wednesday and try different places each week. Today we came here! We absolutely loved our dinner. Each and every one of us. The atmosphere was great and Victoria was outstanding! I also must say it was nice to have the manager come by, twice, and checked on us and had conversation with us. “The atmosphere at The Treehouse at Dusk is spectacular! Our group had a great time of cocktails & dinner. However, if you have a shellfish allergy, have Benadryl or your Epi pen ready as there appears to be cross contamination in the kitchen. My friend ordered a non shellfish entree but still got hives & an itchy throat after dinner before leaving the restaurant.“
“Good place to visit during bike rallies. The cabbage slaw wrestling is something different and entertaining. Vintage atmosphere. Be prepared for long lines in and out as it can get very crowded and quite a mission to get to. Parking is not free during rallies but not crazy expensive ($5)“
“This place is a hidden gem. We passed it while staying for my son's spring break and realized most places close early so we stopped in. We sat at the bar and were greeted immediately by a fun, outgoing bartender - (wish I got his name), he wore a fun hat and had the personality that fits his job. There was also a girl bartender who was just as attentive - they never missed a beat and it was busy. We ordered chips and salsa (probably the best salsa I've had at a restaurant), hot dog and tacos. Food was on point!!! Drinks were never empty - live music was a plus bc of the variety of music being played. We will definitely be back - maybe even tonight.“
“Still refurbishing the post inside. Bartender had to in for a cocktail straw(came back w/ just one). A REGULAR fetched me a double w/ my $5. Gave me $2 change. I later sat at the bar, ordered another double and it cost me a fin ! No Happy Hour prices either. 1st time back after my 2 yr. hibernation/ self-Lockdown. “What a gem! I'm new to the area, but my friend is a local who can often be found at Surf Lounge partaking in interactive gaming, pool tournaments, or simply enjoying a drink after a hard day's work. I've had only a few samples of the food there so I really can't speak on that just yet, however, the few "bites" were great. The staff is friendly, efficient service, and happy to answer my "not from NSB" questions. The patrons are also a friendly bunch. I think Surf Lounge will be a favorite watering hole ...and I recommend all you tourists vacationing in New Smyrna Beach to stop in to Surf Lounge, relax, have a drink, and a bite to eat ... “This is our 3rd visit to this place. Had a great time at the bar with Cole, Jesse and Anna on Sunday night. The service was great and we had a blast. We were impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. This is my go to place to relax and have some drinks. “The menu was amazing with so many options. I regret not finding it until the end of bike week because I would have liked to try more of their menu. I had a burger medium rare (and they did it right) as well as the smoked fish dip. I expected ships or pita to come out with the dip. Instead, it was carrots, celery, pickled jalapenos, cucumber slices, banana peppers, onions and diced tomatoes as well as some tasty crackers. It was phenomenal. Add in a decent selection of draught beer and this is a great dining experience.The service was friendly and hyper attentive without being intrusive.My only gripe was that it was just a bit too far off the beach for a good view from the outdoor seating, but the ocean is still visible. You can see from the picture, lots of cars and traffic.The patrons seemed friendly too on a moderately busy Sunday afternoon.“

We were looking to spend a bit of time as we had a couple of hours to spend and were treated well throughout our visit.We shared a Fish Po' Boy and a chicken sandwich the Looney Bird or something.The chicken sandwich had a nice light coating and a nice flavor, and the fish was plentiful, well cooked, and had a great flavor.We hung out and ordered Cookies and Milk for dessert, 2 big ooey gooey, warm cookies cooked fresh and served warm, we also enjoyed a couple of cups of coffee with a shot of Jameson's.All in all a great time!“

“This is definitely an Irish Bar. Serves food and beverages. We had the Scotch Eggs for our appetizer. I had the Corned Beef and Cabbage even though it was going to be a special on the following day. Husband had Bangers and Mash. Our food was very good and service was good too. Prices very reasonable and large selection of beer on tap cider as well. I had a Magners (reminded me of being in Ireland with their version of cider) Hubby had a Smithwicks. Still a Stout like Guinness. Will revisit next time in the area.“

“What a great experience we had here - such a fun atmosphere and energy and the staff make it ever more so. The food is incredible - we have eaten here two times on our vacation and everything is wonderful: Potato skins; Chicken Wings; French onion Soup; their Mahi; French Dip and Tator Tots and fries. Every beer you can think of is on their menu. We highly recommend this great place downtown NSB.“

“Our first time at Flagged Tavern was to see the New Smyrna Mardi Gras. The service was reasonable considering the place was packed. The raw oysters are the best I've ever had. The rest of the menu also looks very appealing. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended restaurant.Update: April 10th, 2024.We've been back to Flagler Tavern, several times specially to see Sam Bittenbender play. We enjoy having dinner while enjoying a great show by Sam.“
