I had their clam chowder and could have screamed it was so heavenly tasting! Generous amounts of clam and the broth was peppery-perfect! Our server Melanie was spot on recommending the courtyard mussels! I have never ever tasted mussels so delicious. The goat cheese, bacon combo was genius. “We found Third Wave Cafe & Wine Bar on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins and Dives show and we are impressed! The food, the service and the atmosphere is excellent. We started with the Bagna Cauda which is a delicious French baguette served with warm olive oil garlic Confit, aged balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, fire roasted veggies and anchovies. For our meals, we shared the Creste de Gallo which was a delicious fresh made pasta, broken scallops, Florida rock shrimp, semolina pasta, mushrooms, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, capers, tossed in scampi butter & pecorino. We also shared a Burrantina pizza, hand-crafted Burrata, house mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, Peruvian pepper relish, baby arugula, charred artichoke, basil pesto, tomato, tomato sauce, balsamic glaze EVOO. The food was delicious and we took leftovers home for lunch! Definitely recommend this place if you're in New Smyrna Beach!“

Large menu with a lot of different options. Recommend the chicken wings, pho soup, sriracha shrimp, and beetle leaf (when in season). Big portions. Would recommend sharing meals with another so that you can try more than one thing!“
“I came to Island Roasters for my morning coffee and had a nice experience. I ordered an iced peppermint mocha and thought the flavors were great. The peppermint was not overwhelming like other drinks I have had with peppermint. My partner ordered a hot chai latte. He liked his chai latte. The service was nice as well as the atmosphere. I will be back to Island Roasters on my next trip to New Smyrna Beach.“

My friend had the Blackened Mahi Mahi Sandwich with fries and she said it was delicious! The service was fine. The restaurant itself has a laid back vibe. “I have tried four times in the last 9 months to see if River Deck restaurant could get my meal right. Each time it was worse. Under cooked fish, slimy, the lettuce was wilted tiny bit of lettuce attached the the core thick chunks of lettuce core, that's obviously a FILLER in a meal that's not cheap. Their spice on the fish is a little strong, they changed thier condiments no sour cream you can have spicy sour cream. 60 percent of people like it a little milder and sour cream is usually offered to cool down the spiciness. The tomatoes were mushy and that's all that I could have eaten. I took it back and Managment gave me my money back twice now. The manager then tells me my Husband needs to learn how to order right. OK This is what he asked for Fish Tacos meat cooked not slimy no core of lettuce limes and plain sour cream without spices already added and say you don't serve sour cream at all anymore, with fresh lettuce and fresh tomatoes nothing wilted. They can't do any of that so we won't go back. There's no we could try again nothing we are done trying.“
