Awesome location, great customer service, and yummy ice cream
“NO RETURN POLICY” unless they made a mistake in preparing your order. So, if it doesn’t taste right, you are stuck. My son ordered a mint ice cream (which he usually does) but he did not like it. So, I asked for a replacement. The employee said “We don’t do that.” Then, I asked to speak the the assistant manager. She confirmed that they don’t offer a replacement if the food tastes bad. My family went on Wednesday evening during business hours. Not only did they not answer the drive thru but refused to come to the window when we pulled up to it. I actually took a video of the experience and you see the person inside. Don’t waste your time. Go to a reputable business.
