Food temperature is not adequate.
To begin, need to improve the customer service greatly. The waitresses are fine, but have some orher people around, very inappropriate to serve. Last week went there at lunch/dinner (at 3:30 PM they start charging dinner), I made a mistake, probably, serving myself an item intended for dinner. Didn't noticed the sign. This character, come like a gestapo member, and loudly scold me for it, and to be heard for the people around. That itself is a reason to never go back to the restaurant....read full review
Absolutely the best Buffet/asian restaurant around. Never disappoint! The food always tastes fresh. This is in my top 5 for favorite spots. The staff are all very nice as well.

The waiter kept drinks filled. This place is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. With its great selection, excellent service, and clean premises, Joy Luck Buffet is a top choice for Asian buffet enthusiasts.
