Stopped in while visiting for ice cream, a couple polite young girls waited on us. I got sweetcream ice cream with cake pieces and vanilla icing topped with whip cream and caramel.. 😋 Delicious! Also got strawberry ice cream with blueberries,strawberry's and raspberries.. heads up the fruit tasted freezer burned and the blueberries were inedible.. probably just an old batch. The one table we sat at to eat our ice cream was dirty as well at 630pm wasn't busy which was nice....read full review

This review is to thank Amber, the Manager at this location. What a sweetheart. My daughter who is in college in another state tried to send my husband a surprise ice cream cake for Father's Day. She ordered online at Cold Stone Creamery and Door Dash was supposed to deliver it. Some horrible delivery person from Door Dash named Erika, stole our order. Yes... Literally stole it! Cold Stone Creamery provides delicious ice cream and impressive service, even during busy periods. The staff handles large crowds with grace, poise, and efficiency, ensuring a smooth experience. Recently, a young man helped customers with great enthusiasm, greeting them warmly upon arrival and thanking them as they left. He also offered new topping ideas that customers appreciated. Although there may be occasional delays, the employees' positive attitude and expertise make up for it, creating an amazing experience for customers. Guests have noted that the workers are very nice and patient, helping them decide on flavors and generously serving more ice cream than expected. Customers have enjoyed the rich flavor and texture of the ice cream while sitting outside, where staff members have checked in on their experience. Aiden and another staff member were especially acknowledged for keeping the crowd happy and maintaining smiles during peak times. Overall, Cold Stone Creamery continues to be a favorite ice cream spot, with room for improvement in indoor seating.
