“Called last minute literally needing a (get this), lasagna sheet for a next day morning birthday party. I would had never thought Manzano’s as a place for lasagna but the Google gods were with me that moment and up popped Manzano’s. I checked the catering menu and sure enough. So I called ready to beg!! Not necessary!! Owner said let me check with the boss real quick and moments later I received a call from his wife. She said no problem and they even allowed me to pick it up hot 45 minutes before the even opened for the day!! Talk about customer service!! And let me be clear on this last part for sure!! This woman can cook!! Wow!! Simply amazing lasagna! Thank you for being the entire reason we should all shop local! You deserve my business!!“
