“When I got here, there was no one in front of me in line, but I guess the lady who was making the food was doing online orders, because she really took her time. And, there was also a really sketchy dude in there. I guess she was fine with it though. Anyways, the food was pretty good, and pretty cheap as well. The cashier here is definitely way nicer than the Subway down by Olympia and the Walmart 😒.“

“I have been going to Perrottis Deli for years and recommend it to all of my friends. They have fantastic subs and sandwiches with a large amount of deli meat piled high. They also have fantastic sides such as potato salads , macaroni salads , egg salad. And the chicken salad is spectacular. The people who work there are all helpful and friendly. It is a great local family deli that deserves community support. We are thrilled to have such a great deli in our area.“

“Family owned amd operated company. Amazing service, staff is very knowledgeable, listens to requests and once you visit and become a regular they remember what yoj like. The food is always very very fresh and homemade. You wont get juicy burgers, fresh salads with quality meat, subs with quality deli style meat, or any other food this quality anywhere else. This is a rare and amazing restaurant. If you haven't been here, you've missed out long enough. Get your rear in there ASAP!!“

“Joe and Brandon helped us out this morning I had been to Jersey mikes but brought 3 friends from out of the country and Joe and Brandon made them feel incredibly welcomed and worked and walked them through any questions they had with their order. Not only that we had a great conversation with both of them as it was just us in the store with them. Joe also made some of the best cookies any of us have had in a while.

“I went by for lunch with a friend. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The gentleman who waited on us was friendly, efficient and was all about doing an excellent job. He kept a steady pace and was handling taking orders, making the sandwiches, cashiering and personally opening the restroom upon request.
I watched him when no customers were there and he began cleaning, sorting the bread and prepping for the next round of business.
He seemed to me to stand above the crowd of employees available today.

“walked by the storefront and saw the Gluten Free sign. Today was my first Sub sandwich in 3 years. They were real equiped to provide total GF. wipe down counter, mayo in a separate container, even a knife used solely on the gf bread.“

“Im just going to need an apology from the woman that worked last night, Jan 6, 2026. She closed the store like 45 minutes early. Sweet as she is, she didn’t feel like baking some cookies for my family and I. She found every which way to talk herself out of having to do that. She ended up giving me two bags of chips on the house though.

“Yesterday I found out I was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course I don’t know what I should and shouldn’t eat. Tonight my husband asked what would I like to eat I told him Firehouse sub. He went to pick up the order but just like a husband he left without checking if everything is correct. When I opened my sub it had onions and tomatoes which I heard him specifically requested to leave off. He also was charged for a combo he didn’t order. I took my food back and the lady that took his order had left. There was a young man there by the name of Juan who explained at the moment he didn’t have access to refund so he allowed me to get the chips and fixed my order right away. He asked me over just to make sure my order was made correctly. I really appreciate you Juan thank you. I made this review in the parking lot I was so appreciative. While sitting here who did I see driving back up with her son to pick up a box? The lady my husband said was in a rush to take his order because she had to leave. I was able to get a picture of her and she drives a silver Nissan. Girl you have to do better at your job you never know who is willing to write a review!!!“

“I placed an order on door dash for my husband and I. On door dash, there isn’t really any options to modify subs. My husband is allergic to pepperoni but his fav sub is an Italian (basically a salami sub) after placing the DD order, I called the store and asked them to pretty please remove the pep and replace it with extra salami. The lady I talked to was super polite and super understanding and told me “no worries! We’ll do that for you!” And that they did. I would like manager Mike to know that, Lilli, Sam and Laney are awesome! They went above and beyond then any other subway who always has given me the “stink eye” when I ask for this mod. Thank you ladies for a delish dinner and for going above and beyond for your customers! You are truly appreciated!!!“

“At this store, I ordered an Italian sub, received an Italian meatball, when I went to the counter, she immediately held her phone up to continue her conversation, while she stared at me as I tried to explain. She did not give me the Italian sub that I ordered, she removed the cheese from the meatball. Awful experience at this firehouse.“

“Delicious sandwich with fries and Mac and cheese. The ice cream with s’mores cookies was delicious. Loved the orange beer on draft too. AC with good tables. Manager asked us how we were twice and everyone was friendly. It’s our little gem now.“
