“I have been going to Perrottis Deli for years and recommend it to all of my friends. They have fantastic subs and sandwiches with a large amount of deli meat piled high. They also have fantastic sides such as potato salads , macaroni salads , egg salad. And the chicken salad is spectacular. The people who work there are all helpful and friendly. It is a great local family deli that deserves community support. We are thrilled to have such a great deli in our area.“

“Hi would rate them 10 stars out of 5! Such amazing service!! And not just one person, everyone. Felt like I was at a fine dining restaurant. Met the manager Stephen. Super nice and friendly too. “I visited this Subway location today, and while my overall experience was fine, one thing really stood out to me. There is a sign at the counter stating that bills over $20 are not accepted, but it is written only in Spanish.
I believe important store policies should be communicated to all customers, not just to one language group. In a diverse community like Orlando, it would be much more appropriate to display this notice in both English and Spanish, or even English first since it is the primary language used by most customers.
Clear communication helps avoid confusion and ensures that everyone receives the same information equally. I hope management considers making this simple improvement.“

“Been here a few times and it never disappoints. The guys that work here are all so friendly, they actually want to engage with the customers. The last time I was here I came during the lunch rush and it was impressive seeing them balance mobile and in person orders while keeping up their standards. Not to mention the food is always great! “I went by for lunch with a friend. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The gentleman who waited on us was friendly, efficient and was all about doing an excellent job. He kept a steady pace and was handling taking orders, making the sandwiches, cashiering and personally opening the restroom upon request.
I watched him when no customers were there and he began cleaning, sorting the bread and prepping for the next round of business.
He seemed to me to stand above the crowd of employees available today.

“Yesterday I found out I was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course I don’t know what I should and shouldn’t eat. Tonight my husband asked what would I like to eat I told him Firehouse sub. He went to pick up the order but just like a husband he left without checking if everything is correct. When I opened my sub it had onions and tomatoes which I heard him specifically requested to leave off. He also was charged for a combo he didn’t order. I took my food back and the lady that took his order had left. There was a young man there by the name of Juan who explained at the moment he didn’t have access to refund so he allowed me to get the chips and fixed my order right away. He asked me over just to make sure my order was made correctly. I really appreciate you Juan thank you. I made this review in the parking lot I was so appreciative. While sitting here who did I see driving back up with her son to pick up a box? The lady my husband said was in a rush to take his order because she had to leave. I was able to get a picture of her and she drives a silver Nissan. Girl you have to do better at your job you never know who is willing to write a review!!!“

“Im just going to need an apology from the woman that worked last night, Jan 6, 2026. She closed the store like 45 minutes early. Sweet as she is, she didn’t feel like baking some cookies for my family and I. She found every which way to talk herself out of having to do that. She ended up giving me two bags of chips on the house though.

Come on though, close at 10. Can we stay open till then too?

I get it, no one wants to do this play anymore but can a brother still get some chocolate chip cookies.

“Jersey Mike’s is 10/10 freshness, which is a big deal for me when it comes to deli meats. I se why their motto is “If it ain’t freshly sliced, it ain’t Jersey Mikes!” You also get a delightful, seasoned oil/vinegar blend by default on the sandwich.“

“Not sure where all the hate in the reviews is coming from. We stopped for a bite after a long day at the park and couldn’t have left happier. Turkey Pastrami was incredible and the person working the counter (Elise) was friendly and offered the great suggestion to sub out the rye for sourdough.

Planning to come back while we are still in Orlando. It was genuinely that good.“

The food was decent for it being a counter-service type deli, and was reasonably priced for it being in a large hotel. Tried both the pizza and sandwich, had no complaints with either.
