“I have been going to Perrottis Deli for years and recommend it to all of my friends. They have fantastic subs and sandwiches with a large amount of deli meat piled high. They also have fantastic sides such as potato salads , macaroni salads , egg salad. And the chicken salad is spectacular. The people who work there are all helpful and friendly. It is a great local family deli that deserves community support. We are thrilled to have such a great deli in our area.“

“Hi would rate them 10 stars out of 5! Such amazing service!! And not just one person, everyone. Felt like I was at a fine dining restaurant. Met the manager Stephen. Super nice and friendly too. “I visited this Subway location today, and while my overall experience was fine, one thing really stood out to me. There is a sign at the counter stating that bills over $20 are not accepted, but it is written only in Spanish.
I believe important store policies should be communicated to all customers, not just to one language group. In a diverse community like Orlando, it would be much more appropriate to display this notice in both English and Spanish, or even English first since it is the primary language used by most customers.
Clear communication helps avoid confusion and ensures that everyone receives the same information equally. I hope management considers making this simple improvement.“

“Been here a few times and it never disappoints. The guys that work here are all so friendly, they actually want to engage with the customers. The last time I was here I came during the lunch rush and it was impressive seeing them balance mobile and in person orders while keeping up their standards. Not to mention the food is always great! “I went by for lunch with a friend. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The gentleman who waited on us was friendly, efficient and was all about doing an excellent job. He kept a steady pace and was handling taking orders, making the sandwiches, cashiering and personally opening the restroom upon request.
I watched him when no customers were there and he began cleaning, sorting the bread and prepping for the next round of business.
He seemed to me to stand above the crowd of employees available today.

“Yesterday I found out I was diagnosed with diabetes. Of course I don’t know what I should and shouldn’t eat. Tonight my husband asked what would I like to eat I told him Firehouse sub. He went to pick up the order but just like a husband he left without checking if everything is correct. When I opened my sub it had onions and tomatoes which I heard him specifically requested to leave off. He also was charged for a combo he didn’t order. I took my food back and the lady that took his order had left. There was a young man there by the name of Juan who explained at the moment he didn’t have access to refund so he allowed me to get the chips and fixed my order right away. He asked me over just to make sure my order was made correctly. I really appreciate you Juan thank you. I made this review in the parking lot I was so appreciative. While sitting here who did I see driving back up with her son to pick up a box? The lady my husband said was in a rush to take his order because she had to leave. I was able to get a picture of her and she drives a silver Nissan. Girl you have to do better at your job you never know who is willing to write a review!!!“

“My family loves having this location in Apopka. We visit at least 3-4 times a month. The staff is the best! We ordered curbside the last 2 times and it was as good as if we dines in. I love the Chicken Philly, my spouse gets the Tuna bowl. Both are delicious. I’ve tried the steak Philly, it was very good, but I love that chicken Philly best. Their Italian is the best of all the subs in the area, too. We are enjoying the close proximity to our house. Keep up the good work…Jersey Mike’s rock!“

“Im just going to need an apology from the woman that worked last night, Jan 6, 2026. She closed the store like 45 minutes early. Sweet as she is, she didn’t feel like baking some cookies for my family and I. She found every which way to talk herself out of having to do that. She ended up giving me two bags of chips on the house though.

Come on though, close at 10. Can we stay open till then too?

I get it, no one wants to do this play anymore but can a brother still get some chocolate chip cookies.

“Best Cheesesteak that I have found in East Orlando“

“I was pleasantly surprised when I went here today.. had a delicious Cuban sandwich. The place was nice and clean and the manager was very friendly. I noticed that they also have several pasta dishes on the menu. I will definitely be back for some spaghetti and meatballs soon.“

“I stayed at the Rosen Centre to attend a conference and stopped by here for dinner and snacks. The food was decent for it being a counter-service type deli, and was reasonably priced for it being in a large hotel. Tried both the pizza and sandwich, had no complaints with either. Fast service and friendly staff. The place was basically empty when I visited at around 8:30PM.“

“the customer service at this establishment was wonderful. this very kind worker took my food allergies very serious. i felt so safe. he sanitized the whole counter and got new knifes to cut the sandwich. he had already washed his hands and changed his gloves. it was very clean inside and i appreciated this workers respect and understanding for me aswell as a follow of protocol.“

“Mr.Tony was the best employee that was working, on 8/28/2026, (which is my birthday) the other employees were off topic, Mr.Tony, had asked the other two employees to go get the veggies for one of the customers meal, and they didn’t Mr.Tony ending up going to get it for them… also Sophie was VERY VERY VERY rude, I asked for two sandwiches to be made and she only made one and stopped to help the other customers even tho she was very rude and didn’t make the other customers stuff right, the other customer asked for the tomato’s to be cut up some more with the knife and she threw the tomato’s that the customer didn’t want on it anyways… and then walked off didn’t even finish the customers order… instead the other employee did.. I just want Mr.Tony to be recognized for the good work that he didn’t even tho his employees were rude… (around 1 pm)“

Despite the difficult situation on the line and what appeared to be a very challenging day, Jasmine never showed a bad attitude. She continued working hard, remained professional, and genuinely cared about providing customers with a great experience.
Upper management: please recognize this employee. Jasmine deserves a raise and serious consideration for promotion. She clearly knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. At the same time, I strongly recommend adding more staff or adjusting shifts. It’s not fair for one employee to carry the workload of an entire location. Any issues were taken care of immediately and I can't say enough about how well she and her staff take care of their customers!! “I don't come here often. But that Beach Club, OMG! I really love it. Piled up with sliced turkey, provolone, avocado, spread, and lettuce. I always end up ordering it and I am always dumbfounded how good it is.
