Pretty good sandwiches. The tater tots are really good. Great service just a bit spendy but that can be expected for city walk.
Sam is the GOAT. He was so helpful and pleasant! He brought our food out for us on the CityWalk and was always happy handle our refills (and remember me every time)! Would definitely go to again the next time we visit Universal ❤❤❤
We left the park at lunchtime looking for something a bit better than the food we’d had inside the parks and decided to try Bread Box.

The service wasn’t great. Theresa served us and unfortunately came across as quite rude. It just felt like we were an inconvenience to her, which wasn’t a particularly nice start.
