Every part of our order was wrong. Ordered a Chicken Philly with everything but mayo. Only thing on my sandwich was mayo and onions. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with no tomatoes, received tomatoes. Returned to the hotel and found two sandwiches, no one wanted to eat.
Ultimate Fries were mushy and tasteless. Manager argued that it “makes no sense to taste the fries then return them for not liking them.” Terrible food terrible customer service terrible management.

While I was here they messed up two peoples orders. Can’t handle a crowd. Asked for my sandwich cut into 6-7 pieces to share and they gave me a sandwich with just meat cut into 20 stating “they couldn’t fit the toppings on” and then argued with me about remaking it.
