Charleys Cheesesteaks offers delicious cheesesteaks, including the regular and Kentucky Bourbon options, which are highly recommended. Their gourmet fries are also popular. However, the staff's friendliness varies and there is room for improvement in customer service. Parking is available but can be chaotic. While the food is tasty, some may find the prices to be on the higher side. The restaurant is praised for being authentic, but could benefit from a more thorough training for its staff.
