They never ever have pretzels for some odd reason but always have nuggets they sometimes get my order wrong and i always see the manager complaining to some workers instead of getting to the problem i would just appreciate it if there were actual pretzels and not nuggets and please just be a little kinder.
Staff was rude. At least pretzel was good while shop
The staff was unfriendly, it costed more than I usually have to pay, and the pretzels weren’t buttered and nearly non-salted. I feel like I wasted $10. Zakary was so unenthused, he didn’t even try to upsell me on the dip. I ended up forgetting to order and had to come back. Do they think only tourists come here and not people locally who would have enough of an opinion to write a review? Beats me, but the service wasn’t good. I’m better off at the one in Walmart.
