Customer service was A+. Cashiers are so nice and they make conversation with you rather than just dismissing you after you order. Audrey and Rebecca were so funny! Would definitely come back again. Food was also very fresh! And they even offered me one that just came out of the oven. If you approach with kindness they definitely reciprocate.
I haven’t had Auntie Anne’s in years and to come here and experience this distasteful customer service was mind blowing. I had a coupon that they told me I had to redeem in the app and it was not working. It was clear that I had not redeem this coupon and the manager Audrey was very rude and nonchalant. If I was of different color then I know she would’ve honored it. She is definitely racist.

Worst place! The pretzels are always burnt. The service is so bad the employees would rather talk and dance in the back instead of helping the customers. Shut this dirty nasty place down !

I was really looking forward to enjoying their delicious pretzels with my family, but we were disappointed when we arrived at 8:40 pm, only to find out they had closed early, even though their website indicated they should be open until 9:00 pm. This left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. We hope they can improve their closing time accuracy in the future.

Thank god hair dye tastes so bitter because I wouldn’t have noticed I was eating some girl’s hair if it wasn’t bc half way through the first bite I tasted something odd. Had to go back and ask for a refund —because I only found hair on my food, they still had me paying for my drink. It was a dark hair but the girl that took me had orange hair.
I came here at 2pm on a Monday afternoon and they didn't have any pretzels made. How can you be out of the only item you sell? There wasn't even a long line. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make one. Not sure who manages this store but they need retrained.

The register attendant seemed very inexperienced. We stood there for 10 minutes in rainy weather. We had cover, but the people in line behind us didn’t. My pretzel was also burnt and very hard. I will never return to this location.
