Absolutely disgusting... The grill cook big white guy had a towel in his pocket he soon used to wipe the sweat off of his face, he placed it back into his pocket never changed his gloves or washed his hands. When I brought it up to the cashiers attention he said that my food was made by someone else. However, the restaurant has a recurring issue: the AC does not work, making it extremely warm and uncomfortable for dining in. The heat blows from fans, preventing customers from eating hot food in peace. The mobile app experience could be better, with requests to keep tips in the app, allow saving a card, and saving a home location. Despite the heat, the food is highly praised, and the service is consistently fast and friendly.
