Employees like Daniela and José deliver fast, friendly service with magnificent attention and are extremely kind. However, the restaurant has a recurring issue: the AC does not work, making it extremely warm and uncomfortable for dining in. The heat blows from fans, preventing customers from eating hot food in peace. The mobile app experience could be better, with requests to keep tips in the app, allow saving a card, and saving a home location. Despite the heat, the food is highly praised, and the service is consistently fast and friendly.
